Buffalo Bill Center of the WestConsidered the Smithsonian of the West, this is one place you should not miss going to while you are in the area. There are 5 museums and a research library all under 1 roof. Tickets are for 2 days, and one could certainly stay longer than that.

Cody Nite RodeoEvery Night @ 8:00 p.m. June 1st through September 1st.
Gates open at 7:00 p.m. The Cody Nite Rodeo is the longest running and the only place that rodeos every night for 76 years of fun family western entertainment! Let the kids join in the Calf Scramble as well. Handicap Parking & Seating is available. Full concessions are also available. |

The Heart Mountain War Relocation Center, named after nearby Heart Mountain and located midway between the towns of Cody and Powell in northwest Wyoming, was one of ten concentration camps used for the internment of Japanese Americans evicted from the West Coast Exclusion Zone during World War II.

Located in Powell, Wyoming, in the heart of the Big Horn Basin. Powell was named after John Wesley Powell, the United States Explorer and Engineer who master-minded the Rocky Mountain dam system. The town became the center of the Bureau of Reclamation's 1904 historic Shoshone Irrigation Project.
